We have 8 rooms available for guests:

5 Spacious Large Rooms

Our 5 large rooms are individually-furnished with period features, sprawling king-sized beds and lots of space to relax in. Large rooms start from £130 per night (including breakfast).

3 Cozy Standard Rooms

Our 3 standard rooms are excellently-appointed with comfy double beds for a restful sleep and are fully-equipped to make the most of your stay.  Standard rooms start from £105 per night (including breakfast).

Room Amenities

All of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with baths and showers, stocked with Highland Soap Company toiletries.

Complimentary teas, coffee and water are provided, and all rooms have access to superfast WIFI, together with DAB radios & Bluetooth speakers. (Please note that none of our rooms have TVs.)


Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all of our rooms, at no extra cost, and we can provide beds and bowls on request.


Extra single beds for up to 1 child per room can be provided in our large rooms. Supplementary children's provision incurs an additional fee of £15 per night.

Check-in is from 3 pm on your day of arrival and check out by 10:30 am on your day of departure.

Key Booking Conditions

Rooms are usually available to be booked up to 5 days before arrival.

All bookings require the details of a valid credit or debit card to be taken; however, no up-front payment or deposit will be debited.
All outstanding bills are settled on departure. Please note we usually do not accept cash, but do take all major credit and debit cards, including American Express.

Bookings cancelled up to 3 days before the day of arrival are not subject to any cancellation charge. Cancellations made 3 days before or closer to the day of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge of the full cost of the booking. Cancellation charges are debited from the credit/debit card taken on booking.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time, although will only do so as a last resort when we are required to close the Hotel. In such circumstances we will seek to provide as much prior notification as possible.
