We have 8 rooms available for guests:

• 2 superior rooms, with sprawling beds and lots of space to relax in, which start from £140 per night.

• 3 airy large rooms, with roomy king-sized beds on which to starfish out on, which start from £135 per night; &

• 3 cozy standard rooms, with comfy double beds for a restful sleep, which start from £105 per night.

All of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with showers and baths, stocked with Highland Soap Company toiletries and other goodies.

Complimentary tea, coffee and water are provided, & all have access to superfast broadband for streaming & browsing. We also provide DAB radios & Bluetooth speakers. Our rooms do not have TVs - when we last checked there was nothing on anyway & we are sure you have seen that episode of Colombo several times before.

Our rates include breakfast, which is served between 8am and 9:30am. We serve a full Scottish 'fry' (with no baked beans) together with a brunch classic or two & bottomless coffee & tea to help you best start the day.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all of our rooms, at no extra cost, & we provide beds, bowls, the odd treat, & lots of scratches. We also have a small fridge in the office for dog food storage too. 

​

All of our rooms are located on the first floor & are accessed via stairs.

Check-in is from 3 pm on your day of arrival, & check out by 10:30am on your day of departure.

 

To stop the deer coming in we lock the Hotel doors each night at 11 pm, but if you are going to be back later than this please just let us know in advance.
